We developed a site very easy to use to allow you to rent your apartment without loosing your time. You just have to point and click.

HOW DO I FIND MY APARTMENT: There is 3 different ways that you can use to find your apartment.

we do recommend that you look at the detailed apartment descriptions for furnished apartments that fit in with your dates:

Using the 4 EASY STEPS SEARCH ENGINE [1]---[2]---[3]---[4]:

•  Step 1: enter the dates of your stay, the number of people staying, and click "search."
  
•  Step 2: You will then have a list of apartments responding on the your criteria. You can then sort by price, area, district, or number of bedrooms.
  
•  Step 3: Go to more details to see more about each apartment. All the apartments are clearly and accurately portrayed in a series of photographs, with a detailed information summary enabling you to make a convenient, quick choice. Select the apartments you would like to reserve or the apartments that you like the most and click on "Add to my favorite".
  
•  Step 4: When you are happy with your selection, click on "Send Request" to send us your rental demand.

Fill the request form with the details required. It is important that you fill out all the fields. ensure that your e-mail address is correct. If your e-mail address is incorrectly typed in, we will be unable to respond to your request.

Special Requirements: There is also a text box where you can tell us about any special requirements or instructions that you might have.

Once you are happy with your details, click 'send request' for your details to be sent.

You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail with the details of your request. This process guarantee that the details have been submitted.

However, if you don't have time, you can use the :

REQUEST FORM: You can go directly to the "Request Form" and send us the form without actually selecting any apartment. We will recommend apartment rentals which match both your dates and requirements by e-mail so that you can then select a first and second choice from our rental suggestions.

QUICK SEARCH: You can use the apartment list. This list presents all the detailed apartments for vacation, short or long term rent. on each detailed apartment you will be able to add it to your favorite list. Then, you will be ask to fill the request form.

:: SHORT TERM BOOKING PROCESS ::

This booking process concern a "seasonal furnished rental lease" for less than 90 days

Once we have the confirmation that the apartment you have requested is available, we will then send you a "seasonal furnished rental lease" by e-mail for you to complete and return by fax within 48 hours to secure the reservation.

Please return with the seasonal furnished rental lease, a confirmation of bank transfer for the agency fees in the same delay with a copy of your passport and any other requested documents. The agency fees can be paid with Paypal.

The owner will be asked to sign the contract to.

Upon receipt of all parts, we will email to you with the owner's bank details.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE RENTAL PAYMENT IS MADE DIRECTLY TO THE OWNER AND NOT TO MyKeystoPARIS.

:: LONG TERM BOOKING PROCESS ::

This booking process concern a "contrat lease" for 90 days and more

THE AGENCY AGREEMENT: Once we have the confirmation that the apartment you have requested is available, we will then send you a "agency agreement" by e-mail for you to complete and return by fax within 48 hours to secure the reservation.

Please return with the agency agreement a confirmation of bank transfer for the agency fees in the same delay with a copy of your passport and any other requested documents. The agency fees can be paid with Paypal.

THE LEASE: Upon receipt, a lease agreement for your rental will then be e-mailed to you with the owner's bank details. Please sign and return a copy of the lease and a confirmation of the bank transfer for the first payment to the owner as indicated in the lease.

The owner will be asked to sign the contract to.
