Bed linens, towels, kitchen ware, glass ware and all accessories are provided to meet your needs.  Included are TV’s, high-speed Internet.

Practical Information:
- A supermarket, open 7 days a week, is less than 50m from the apartment.
Several ‘Boulanger’s’ (bread stores) are located on the avenue René Coty, just 100m from the apartment.
- A ‘mom’s cooking’ restaurant with great prices faces the apartment (20m away)
- A ‘Velib’ stand for bicycle rentals is just 50m away, the fashionable and useful way to visit Paris.

Things to see and do in the neighborhood:
- Place Denfert-Rochereau and its gigantic lion, a busy quarter with brasseries, bars, the Post Office, and other commodities.
- The Rue Daguerre (a charming pedestrian-only shopping street famous for its open-air market and numerous shops and cafes)
- The Observatoire (Paris Observatory), created by Louis XIV, the oldest in the world, housing The Meridian line of Paris
- The Cimetière du Montparnasse (Montparnasse Cemetery), with the graves of several famous French (Baudelaire, Maupassant, J-P Sartre and S. de Beauvoir, etc)
- The Fondation Cartier (Cartier Foundation) of contemporary art in the glass building designed by Jean Nouvel.
- The Catacombs is a journey into the depths of Paris.  The disused quarries in the area are home to the catacombs, where bones from Parisian cemeteries started to be "piled up" when the cemeteries' were closed down in 1784. It makes for a macabre visit, not to be missed.
...In 7 minutes by foot,  passing the little semi-circular square in Rue Hallé  (the Villa Hallé presents little houses with gardens, giving the look of a little village), you can walk to Avenue Général Leclerc, where you’ll find all you’ll need to shop, go to movies, or eat out.   Continue on south to the Rue d’Alésia:  a road known for its designer discounts.
A short 10 minute walk will take you to a vibrant village in the middle of Paris: the Butte aux Cailles (Quail Hill).  Walk along the little cobbled streets: Rue des Cinq Diamants, Rue Moulinet, Rue du Moulin des Prés, and Rue de l'Espérance. Look at the pretty houses and boutiques, stop to have a drink in the little cafés or dine in one of the many restaurants.
- Avenue Réné Coty: This tree-lined avenue at the corner, is great for running or a stroll. It leads to the Parc Montsouris (a beautiful park with 1.400 trees and numerous sculptures).  Around the park, you will see superb villas in the little wooded lanes.
- You are also not far from the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens (2 stops on the RER B) and the hip Latin Quarter (you are 3 stops from Notre Dame Cathedral). And a ten minute walk brings you to Boulevard Montparnasse and the Edgar Quinet theatre district with its vibrant night life.

Access and transportation:
Getting around in Paris from the apartment is a cinch.  The Denfert Rochereau metro station includes 2 metro lines (N° 4 and N° 6), 3 bus lines (38, 68 and 88) and the RER B train gives a direct ride to the Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports.

- From Roissy CDG: the RER B (opt for the direct train and not the version that stops at all the suburbs!) arrives at Place Denfert-Rochereau.  From there you can walk (5 minutes) or, if your luggage is too heavy, you can take the Bus N° 88 one stop to the corner, ‘Dareau-Réné-Coty’.
- From ORLY: the RER B (Orlyval) arrives also at Denfert Rochereau, as does the ORLYBUS.

Don't miss this Paris long term rentals. Can also be a good solution for anyone (student or professor) who need an accomodation close to Hopital la Rohefoucauld and the Centre hospitalier Saint Anne
