- Tenant review for one of our apartments in Paris: Really beautiful light and views. Nice neighborhood. Friendly and helpful owner. I would mention that the terrace is accessed by climbing the window from the bedroom and the place is lacking a real table - however the little kitchen has a countertop one can use for eating in house (from Dan, Jersey city USA).
- We rented this Paris apartment for two weeks and it was actually our first experience. Now we feel like it's definitely worth it not only in terms of price but also because it's something special to live in a place of a real Parisian who seems to like his place :) Just many small things which will make you enjoy your stay - nice bed linen and good matrass, very good espresso in the kitchen, nearly all Beastie Boys albums, meditative view over the roofs to Montparnasse and the top of Eiffel tower in the morning and to Sacré C½ur in sunset. The ares of Gare du Nord is not representative for "the city of lights" but it's easy to "escape", the building itself is nice and safe (besides, RER Gare du Nord may sometimes be a great advantage) However you'll have Monoprix working till 24 near by, an incredible boulangerie Arnaud Delmontel on rue des Martyrs (probably the only reason when French people may stay a queue on Sunday morning), a super cozy French restaurant just around the corner on rue Petrelle. PS We happened to forget a fortune of money in the apartment and the landlord was incredibly nice to inform us the next day and send it via Western Union like no big deal. (Anna V. Stuttgart Germany)
