It is close to the Champs-Elysées, the shopping center of the Palais des Congrès, the Trocadero (and its museums, Palais de Chaillot), the Museum d'Ennery... and the green and posh Avenue Foch leading to the Bois de Boulogne. The apartment is very open and bright, with large windows facing South (with a view on the Eiffel Tower), West (with a view on Paris roof and giving fantastic light on the evening) and North (view on the Concorde La Fayette and Paris roofs). The apartment was recently completely re-done so everything is new and well-functioning. All the furnishings and equipment are of high quality.
