One of the most youthful areas of Paris placed a few steps from the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral, the Quartier Latin is so called because all communication
between students and teachers took place in Latin from the Middle Ages until the French Revolution. This Paris studio rental is the famous Boulevard Saint Germain, with its sophisticated
fashion shops and select restaurants. In addition, there are nice pubs and cafes, the well-known Maubert open-air market and, a little farther, the Mouffetard open-air
market with all kinds of French specialties -- fresh French baguettes and pastries, seafood, choice fruits, vegetables, and unique sorts of cheeses. There are many
other convenience stores, other select restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.

This studio is one of our Paris vacation apartments. With a southern exposure is located on the grown floor of a 19th beautiful couryard. A coded security system and an intercom
protect the main entrance gate.

The entrance door opens into the living room area and the american kitchen area; at the end are the bathroom and toilet area.

The 19m2 (approx. 200 sq. ft.) living room is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a table, two chairs, built-in closets, a high-speed Internet connection, a TV LCD. In
the floor area (duplex) there are a confortably bed two places.
The kitchen has two ceramic burners, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The nearest metro station is Jussieu Métro Line 7 or Maubert-Mutualité Métro Line 10

Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered.
