The area is absolutly great, very calm with a view on a courtyard from the living room, the bedroom and the kitchen, the sun goes in from the morning to around 3 in the afternoon. there is a small garden in the front of the building. a very nice Boulangerie just down stairs, a swimming pool nearby for those who want to do sport and all the restaurant and bistrot to go out. all equipement needed for your stay including Internetin this Paris apartment rental. in the average price for the area.
