- JULY 2010 - My wife and I selected this appartment knowing it was a studio and were happily surprised at the spacious area it offered us. The furniture and contents were in excellent condition and the welcome could not have been more friendly and efficient. The studio is situated in a quiet courtyard with excellent (and easy to use) security processes. The neighbourhood is very well equiped with boulangerie (3), boucherie (1), epicerie (4 or 5) etc. Several local bars, cafes and restaurants offered evening diversions. The beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg was just 5 minutes walk and we spent many happy afternoons there listening to the free concerts. (Phillip C. D. UK)
