We definitly appreciate the area, on of the best location to be in Paris : between Odeon and the River Seine, with all the galleries, cinema, shops and restaurant. A step from the school of medecine. Close to public transportation. Plenty of buses to take in the area as well but you can do almost everything by foot The apartment is very calm and in good general condition, all windows are facing a courtyard. The Kitchen is small but well equipped with dishwasher, fridge...all appliance are new. The showeroom contains the washing machine. Confortable and simply decorated. The apartment is made for 2 but the living room also has a pull-out couch that sleeps 2 adults (cery confortable). Then you can have the visit of your family or friends.
